Q: What are the hours of the Community Programs? A: The hours of operations for the South Morrison Family Education Center Afterschool programs are 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm. The hours of operations for the Doris Miller Community Center Afterschool Homework Club are 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm. The hours of operations for the Downing Gross Cultural Arts Center Afterschool programs are 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm.  

Q: What are the options for my child?
 A: PM only.  


Q: What days of the week do the Community Programs operate on? A: Monday-Friday.


Q: Is there a Teen Drop In Program? A: Yes; There is a Teen Drop In Program at the Doris Miller Community Center for grades 6-12, from 7:00 p.m. -9:00 p.m. 

Q: How do I register?  A:  To register for the school year, please visit http://www.ezchildtrack.com/nnprt/parentand select the “Click here to register” link, and choose the 2015-2016 Community Afterschool Programs for your child. You will be navigated to the online registration form for you to complete.

Q: Is a parent information handbook available? A: Yes there is!  Please click on the "Registration" tab on the left then select Community Programs. The parent handbook will be located under "Parent Handbooks".

Q: How much does the program cost? A: That depends on the option that you choose. The South Morrison Family Education Afterschool program has a one-time registration fee of $25.00. The Doris Miller Community Center Afterschool Homework Club has a one-time registration fee of $50.00. The Downing Gross Cultural Arts Afterschool programs are $35.00 per session. Q: What can you expect? A: In Community Programs, we understand the importance of play for youth and make it a priority in our program. Youth learn important life lessons through play such as sharing, playing fair, cleaning up after themselves and most importantly living a balanced life. In our program, youth will be provided opportunities to explore their needs, talents and abilities through recreation and club activities. Our planned activities will stimulate imaginations while encouraging independence and focusing on youth’s social, emotional, physical and intellectual development.
